Chris started playing as a teenager, took it real serious for a while, joining with all kinds of bands and pit orchestras in high school and college. He took some jazz classes while at Indiana University.
 

   Chris also plays the violin, participating in the Beaver Dam Area Orchestra and, more recently, the UW Wood County orchestra.

  
Chris states: “I just like to play and am glad to be part of Hub City Jazz”.
